The Project:
Weight Loss

So.....what is this weight loss thing about
really? Its a project.
Yes, just like some of those school projects
we are given, that we really don't feel like having to do. But we know...to
move on to the next class, the next grade, the next certificate, we most
likely may have to do the project.
But once you figure this out....there is a place
that you get to, where you do not even have to do the project.....you just
advance anyway.
But I'll assume for the moment,,,that you think
you need to go ahead and do the project.
So , here we have this project....a desire to
have a different body image. Good, that's the first and most important step.
Desire.
Now the old way of doing this project was to
pull out all of the diet books, grab all of the magazines from the grocery
store, and sit down in front of the TV....thumbing thru them for some inspiration
of some sort......with me so far ?
Same ole' same ole....you've been there tons
of times......and now here we are again. So what is different....? You are
reading this. And I am telling you that you don't need all that other stuff
to get this project done.
It is very, very simple....
You do some simple things....you think and ponder
on your new body image. You do that by writing letters to you, to God, to
your angels.....you thank yourself for bringing you this gift of a new body
image. You talk outloud to yourself in the present tense.
And the next and most important part is just
to begin to *feel good* more & more of your day. It is never about the
subject of wt.loss; It is always about the feeling of *feeling good*.
And, as you feel good, that in turn keeps you
in that wonderful stream of all things which you consider to be good, including
your new image, just flowing to you.
This is a matter of physics....the equation
is this: Desire + feel good= desire fulfilled.
What stops the process ? You change your mind....you
don't believe it.. So then what......? Its a *do-over*. You get to begin
again...and again. Each time, it is easier & you see the body image coming,
* it is happening AUTOMATICALLY*. Your feelings help you to automatically
change your behavior so that you attract what you desire.
The more I write the more complex I make it....so
I'll stop for now..it is easy... Do all that you can think of as to how grand
you will feel in your new body....and then just feel good about everything
else going on.....and if you cannot find anything good going on... Then
pretend.....its all the same thing !
